👋 I’m Daniel.

For the sake of simplicity, I am a Designer. My career has been focused on UX Design and I specialize in interfaces for hardware and software. I am often called upon to integrate Design and Design Thinking into organizations seeking to build bridges between teams. I do this with passion, empathy, humor, and kindness.

I am results-driven and love helping companies embrace Design through the many languages in which it can be spoken. I am an empathetic leader who understands the spectrum of challenges product teams face. I understand how Design can help create and sell products that people and businesses want and love to use. It requires a user-centered design approach consisting of research, concept development, prototyping, and testing. Internally on teams, it requires listening to and lifting others. The teams I want to work with do not have to be creative, but they must desire to be, because it ultimately fuels and inspires everything around us. I do not like to be in the spotlight unless my teams are sharing it.

My role morphs as business and technology change and my skills are continuously evolving. The work I do is an essential puzzle piece in any organization that wants to bring an idea to life while requiring teams to communicate and understand each other. I love the career I have created for myself, take much pride in the work that I do, and genuinely enjoy working with optimistic and supportive teams – preferably in healthy and fearless work environments.
